Another one bites the dust … actually, make that two!
Two listings that I co-listed with MJ {click on her name to learn more} are now under contract this week!! Not only have these two listings sold, she sold another house for buyer clients of hers! This is such great news. For it to be a week away from Thanksgiving and the market to still be strong. I am so proud of her for all the hard work and effort she contributes to each transaction. I’ve very fortunate to have each and every person on my team because we’re all successful and love what we do!
I keep repeating the chorus in my head “another one gone, and another one gone” and it makes me happy because I love selling homes. I need more listings so that I can continue to sell, sell, sell!
