If you’re looking to treat your taste buds, the place to be this Saturday is downtown at the Holly Springs farmers market. The first annual Park-It in the Market Food Truck Rodeo is corralling everything from Asian fusion tacos to Belgian waffles, North Carolina barbecue to Pakistani favorites into one location! Eight food trucks are joining the market’s weekly ready-to-eat farm stand treats including artisan breads, baklava, gluten-free muffins, homemade premium ice cream, roasted nuts, popcorn and more. In addition, market vendors will be selling produce and all-natural meats to last you until the following week’s market opens.
The Holly Springs Food Truck Rodeo will be held this Saturday, August 2nd from 9:00 AM-12:30 PM. It will feature live music by Free States, a bluegrass quartet, and activities for children will be held at the Little Sprouts Activity Center throughout the morning. Click here for more info.
