The Chapel Hill Office of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston is holding the 3rd Annual Pig Out For The Cure Charity Barbeque on October 18th from 12-2pm. CBHPW Chapel Hill is proud to be raising funds for the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center during the “Turn The Town Pink” initiative for the month of October. The Chapel Hill agents will be on hand to help box and sell delicious boxed barbeque lunches from Gillis Barbeque. The Lineberger Patient & Family Resource Center sees an average of 60 visitors a day, seeing over 16,000 in 2011. The center provides counseling, light therapy treatments for pain, diagnosis and treatment information, meal and gas vouchers for families with financial hardships, and more all at little or no cost to the families and patients. The CBHPW Chapel Hill team is accepting (and encouraging) pre-orders on the Pig Out For The Cure website now so plan ahead! This makes for a great office lunch or a pick-up for an easy dinner at home!
