Prior to starting his real estate career 10 years ago, Bob worked as an Area Manager for a large, global manufacturer of industrial electrical equipment. He was responsible for managing sales reps in a multi-state area as well as direct sales to the company’s two largest clients. His past experience managing complex projects and directing marketing programs has played an important role in developing strategies for sellers that get their homes sold fast and for top dollar.
When not selling real estate Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, participating at his local church, and exploring the wonders of digital photography. The Fortners also share their home with two full blooded Bengal cats by the names of Chester and Leo. Bengals are domestic cats that are descendants of the Asian Leopard Cat. Yep, never a dull moment at the Fortner home!
Bob is on a mission for his clients to document the life in the greater Raleigh area through his photography. He regularly participates in photo walks where local photographers meet up and shoot all sorts of venues from outdoor parks and events to historic sites.
Fortunately, the Raleigh area continues to grow at an amazing pace providing plenty of new places to explore and document in pictures. Bob’s passion for photography is a wonderful compliment to his passion for helping clients buy and sell homes in this rapidly growing market and provides an interesting way to provide information to potential home buyers.
