Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce to announce the grand opening of our new Hillsborough real estate sales office located in the heart of the town’s downtown district at 106 S. Churton Street. Replacing our first office located on West King Street, the new location features more than 3,500 square feet of contemporary business space designed to increase collaboration and better serve agents through all stages of the buying and selling processes.
“There are significant revitalization and redevelopment efforts underway in Hillsborough and Orange County, which is generating great appeal in the area,” said Don Walston, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Founder and Chairman. “We are pleased to relocate and redesign our office to better support our real estate agents and their clients as the residential real estate scene continues to grow.”
The new Hillsborough office features collaborative business space in a contemporary storefront setting. Designed to support agents as well as their buyers and sellers, the office offers social gathering spaces with comfortable seating, shared computer areas for data research and desk-side meetings, and private meeting rooms. The office is also handicapped accessible and dog-friendly.
“We took great care in selecting the location of this new office and were diligent in planning its layout and design to ensure enhanced workability for our agents,” said Lynn Gelsinger, sales manager and broker-in-charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Hillsborough office. “Our team is now better equipped to support their clients from contract to close and we are well positioned in a more visible, more connected location within the town.”
The new office location allows our agents to further immerse themselves within the community. The office will prominently feature original artwork from local artists, some with studios in the same building, and will serve as a “gallery” stop during Hillsborough’s ArtWalk and Last Fridays events.
Our Triangle real estate company joined the Hillsborough community more than 20 years ago with 10 agents in our first location on West King Street. Today, our office has 44 talented real estate agents and representatives with plans to add more throughout the remainder of the year.
