Triangle Foreclosure Rates Down
Foreclosure rates in the Triangle area continued to decline in September. The Raleigh/Cary area foreclosure rate was 1.77% in September compared to 1.81% in September 2011, and the Durham/Chapel Hill rate was 1.61% compared to 1.98% the previous year.
